"Shkodra Jazz in tour" is a project that was born as a need to cross the art of Scutari (Shkodra) and Albania.

Music and art speak a universal language that overwhelms every barrier, every obstacle to make the world united even in its cultural diversity, we speak this language and we want as much as possible to approach and involve different realities to open a dialogue without borders.
